The Step-back Program has been developed to provide a whole school approach to support educators, caregivers, and other professionals to understand their role in supporting children/young people with additional learning needs to become as independent as possible.

The Gainesville Elks Lodge is hosting their annual “Summer Splash” Family Fun Day and you are invited. This is a FREE community event to bring awareness to autism and a fundraiser to support The University of Florida Center for Autism and Related Disabilities

Back To School Supply Give Away

The Early Learning Coalition of Alachua County will be distributing school supplies and backpacks to families in need. The event will also host other organizations from the local community.

Zookeeper Day

Join the Florida Museum for a morning at the Museum for adults and children on the autism spectrum and their friends, families and caregivers. The Museum will be open from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. for visitors to explore at their own pace in a peaceful and less-crowded environment.
