To access services through UF Health CAN, you will need a referral directed to the Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment. Referrals to CAN include evaluations for autism concerns and patient navigation services. Internal UF providers can submit a referral for CADE with a note of services being requested. Outside providers, please fax referrals to (352) 627-4163.
